Lovely cottage…Thoughtfully put together

A very nice holiday cottage in a lovely location. The decor is lovely and the place is filled with pretty things...Also very clean and tidy. Unfortunately the weather was bad during our stay so we didn't stray far.

Wonderful Home.

Don't be fooled, this is no ordinary holiday home, this is an amazing holiday home which has been lovingly created by Rosalind. Heart and soul have gone into pulling together fabrics, furniture and finishing touches. It exudes warmth and luxury, everything you could need is at your fingertips.

welcoming, clean and beautifully decorated

I would definitely recommend this property. The owners are very easy to contact and provide you with a warm welcome on arrival. The property itself is beautiful; very cosy, clean and had everything we needed. The welcome biscuits were really appreciated!

The property is in quiet location and is a short walk away to the nearest beach...what more could you ask for!

Lovely cottage near Berwick upon Tweed

Fabulous stay at this holiday cottage for 2 near Berwick upon Tweed. We had a great time. Lovely walk into Spittal from the cottage. The cottage itself was very well equipped and comfortable. We walked around the city walls the morning we left.

Perfect peaceful new year break

Lovely welcoming property. Everything you need for 2 people for a weekend or week long stay. Very comfortable bed & lovely furnishings. We felt at home immediately. Brilliant location to explore the beautiful Northumbrian coast and Edinburgh area. So much to see. So many castles and fabulous scenery! Many restaurants, pubs and coffe shops in the vicinity although we only ate out in Berwick twice. We had very nice lunch at Foxtons wine bar and a lovely evening meals at the Queens Head Hotel, where we got a very warm welcome. We also had a much needed hearty lunch at the Jolly Fisherman at Craster after a fabulous 10 km walk. Would love to come back in the spring and would definitely stay at Schoolmasters House again.
